FAQ
How is revenue verified?
You connect your store with a read-only key (or one-click OAuth for Shopify and Amazon). We call the platform's own API — Shopify Admin API, WooCommerce REST, Amazon SP-API Sales, Magento REST, BigCommerce, PrestaShop Webservice, Drupal JSON:API or Stripe — and aggregate orders per day. You never type a number, and you can't edit one.
Which platforms are supported?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Magento / Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, Drupal Commerce, and Stripe for custom or headless stores.
Do I have to reveal my shop?
No. Anonymous mode hides the name, URL, logo and founder. Visitors still see verified numbers, so beginners can tell real results from fake screenshots without you being doxxed.
What counts as revenue?
Gross order totals (incl. tax and shipping, as the platform reports them) minus refunds, excluding test, cancelled and failed orders. Numbers are shown in USD for comparison, converted daily at ECB reference rates.
Can someone fake it?
Numbers come from the platform, the store identity (name, domain) comes from the platform too, and each store can only be listed once. A disconnected key freezes the profile and shows it publicly.
Is my key safe?
Keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, are read-only by construction, and are deleted when you delete your listing. Revoke them at any time from your platform.
How often is data refreshed?
Every hour. Every sync is logged on the profile as proof of freshness.
