Troubleshooting
Store URL must use https://
The REST API key travels with every request, so we only accept HTTPS stores.
The platform rejected the credentials (HTTP 401).
Check the key has Read permission and that a security plugin isn't stripping the Authorization header.
This store is already listed.
Someone (maybe you) already connected it. Sign in with the account that added it, or claim it from the dashboard with its manage link.
Network error reaching … / Could not resolve …
The store must be publicly reachable over HTTPS. Check the URL, and that no firewall or maintenance mode blocks API requests.
