Troubleshooting
This seller account doesn't sell on Amazon …
Pick the marketplace where the account actually sells; connect one listing per marketplace.
Amazon LWA client id/secret are not configured.
On a self-hosted deployment, fill the optional client id/secret fields with your own app's credentials.
No refunds shown
Amazon's Sales API reports order totals per day without refunds; that is expected.

Someone (maybe you) already connected it. Sign in with the account that added it, or claim it from the dashboard with its manage link.
Network error reaching … / Could not resolve …
The store must be publicly reachable over HTTPS. Check the URL, and that no firewall or maintenance mode blocks API requests.
